Nobody likes a Mr. Sniffles (or a Ms. Sniffles for that matter)

Well, i did it! I ran 13.1 miles on Sunday in the cold wet rain! And all in all, I'd say it was a pretty epic experience. I definitely surprised myself to find that I beat my own expectations by over 15 minutes. That's right, I ran the race in UNDER 2 hours! 1:57:11 to be exact. And I definitely patted myself on the back for that. It was invigorating and exciting, but i am so f-ing sore now. After the race, i could tell I was going to hate my muscles for a couple days but this is excruciating. On top of which, I woke up at 3:30am Monday morning unable to breathe except to cough up a lung. So that was sexy.

Wild Bills Recap - A Little Disappointing, Eric Church Recap - Legendary!

Well, I'm sad to say that Saturday night was not the red-neck, buck-toothed experience I thought it was going to be. I was expecting full-on cut-off flanel shirts, paired with gianormous belt buckles, cowboy hats and boots, but I really didn't see that much of that attire there. There were no coyote-ugly bartenders, no mechanical bull (or at least it was out of my line of sight), no line-dancing even! I did see some Woo Girls though, and I, myself became a Woo Girl, so I had that going for me. But all in all, my drinking game didn't play out quite as well as I thought it would have. But the concert was, in a word, AMAZING. There was lots of Jager, TONS of people, and Eric played my song, and we danced and sang and all was right with the world. I got a little, shall we say, schwasty-faced on Saturday, thanks to my very non-coyote-esque (read: she-male) bartender and my good friend Jager:

Love/Hate Relationship with my Life Right Now

Overall I'd say that the last few days have been pretty great. Filled with fun, work hasn't been stressing me out too much and I drank like a fish this weekend without feeling too much of the wrath of a hangover on Saturday or Sunday. But on my drive to work this morning I felt a little bi-polar (that's not really the word I'm going with but just go with it) because I was generally not too thrilled about waking up this morning but then I had a few things go just right during my morning commute so it got me to thinking about what I'm loving right now and what I'm hating. So, here goes:
